I want to return my item. How can I do it?
  No problem. You can report us about it within 14 days from receiving date. Return can only be achieved according to our conditions, please refer "Return" for more information.
Can you send me replacement instead of return?
  Yes, of course. If you received defective item we will be happy to correct this occasion and send you replacement, but you should to provide us RMA number and confirmation of defect (images, screenshots and so on).
I received the wrong product. What should i do now with that?
  If you received wrong product on our fault we will send you replacement or make refund, without unnecessary conversations. But if buyer made mistake on choosing product we can only offer return with compensation 80% of cost, please refer "Return" for more details.
I have sent my item back to you. When will you make refund?
  We will make refund within two (2) business days if you provide us tracking info or copy of postage receipt. In other cases we will make refund within two (2) business days after receiving your return.
